As an experienced Coach, Facilitator and Mentor I am passionate about the development and support of individuals, teams and organisations in the changing world or work. With 25+ years’ management/ leadership experience, I have successfully coached individuals and teams, facilitating the development of their business and leadership capability and the delivery of their business goals.

I am accredited as a Coach with the International Coach Federation (ACC) and am a professional member of the (ICF).

Whether it’s clarifying business goals, developing leadership/managerial capability or improving individual and team effectiveness, you’ll achieve progress through a series of actions. My clients often describe my approach as practical and thought-provoking. 

My extensive experience across a range of businesses including financial services, retail businesses, travel and medical organisations enables me to understand and support business managers, leaders and individuals in the challenges they face on a daily basis.
